Is it true Charleston Girl fragrances are longer lasting??

All Charleston Girl fragrances are Eau De Parfum. This means that the concentration of perfume oil is higher than that of an Eau De Toilette or Cologne. The higher the concentration of perfume oil the longer the fragrance will last and the less you need to apply. Charleston Girl uses high quality, luxurious formulas so just a single spritz will be long lasting.

How should I store Charleston Girl fragrance products??

To maximize the life of the fragrance, we recommend storing in a cool, dry place, preferably away from light, and avoiding extreme temperatures. Remember to close all packages tightly after each use.

Where can I get a sample of Charleston Girl??

We currently do not have samples available for general distribution.

Ordering?

Most orders placed on CharlestonGirlPerfume.com are processed within 1 – 2 business days from the time order is placed. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed during a holiday will be processed the next business day. Currently, ordering from CharlestonGirlPerfume.com is only available to customers in the U.S.

Return Policy?

ONLINE PURCHASES:
Charleston Girl is unable to except returns and exchanges once the order has been placed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We make every effort to ensure that our merchandise is of the finest quality. However, in the event an item is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days from delivery to explain the details of the defect.  Items will be inspected and a determination made as to the cause of defect.  Charleston Girl will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be defective was actually defective when originally delivered to you. If our review of the item shows a defect, Charleston Girl will be happy to replace the item.  In the event that our review reveals no defects, we will not be able to return the item.

In the event an item is damaged/broken during shipment, please contact the carrier immediately with your tracking number. Charleston Girl is not responsible for items damaged in transit. We are also not responsible for shipments shown as delivered by the carrier, but not received by the customer.

PURCHASES FROM INDEPENDENT RETAILERS  
Charleston Girl is unable to accept returns and exchanges for Charleston Girl merchandise purchased at our independent retailers. If you need to return your  Charleston Girl merchandise purchased from a retail store, please contact the store for assistance. Charleston Girl will abide by the retailer’s return/replacement policy.

Please Note: Most retail stores require that you provide your original proof of purchase.
